Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 PHP
We are looking for a Support Administrator for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Support Administrator you will be overseeing the overall operation of a unit providing application management services to clients;
- You will be analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, delivering prompt and effective solutions;
- You will be executing SQL scripts and fulfilling ad-hoc requests;
- You will be utilizing MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting;
- You will be proposing and implementing improvements to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency;
- You will be participating in conference calls with clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of their needs.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as Support Administrator or in similar role;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with SQL;
- A technical and logical thought process, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to analyze situations, synthesize information, and understand business constraints;
- Customer service-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work well under pressure and minimal supervision.
