Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 PHP
We are looking for a Business Analyst for our client from the Philippines, who specializes in developing and implementing systems and applications to increase operational efficiency. They create an environment by providing responsive IT services, solutions, and innovations that positively impact the lives of companies.
Responsibilities
- As Business Analyst you will be gathering, reviewing and analyzing business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics;
- You will be liaising between various business departments and groups;
- You will be assessing options for process improvement, including business process modeling;
- You will be maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations;
- You will be collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Requirement
- 1+ year experience as Business Analyst;
- Ability to work onsite at the office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig – a necessary condition;
- Extensive experience in Agile Methodology;
- Strong ability to effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions;
- Resourceful and capable of devising creative solutions to complex problems;
- Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols;
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology systems for data gathering and problem-solving;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Successful completion of the BA Workshop questionnaire and requirements documentation;
- Willingness to report onsite as needed.
