Front-end Developer (React & Redux)

Salary: 21 500 – 27 000 PLN on B2B or 16 500 – 20 000 PLN on contract

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our development team. They are working with the platform for collecting employee and customer feedback. Our client helps other companies make informed decisions based on data to obtain useful information.

Responsibilities

  • As React Developer you will be developing platform in React and Redux;
  • You will be improving our services, both for the end-users as well as our developers;
  • You will be learning and teach new solutions for the rest of the team;
  • You will be advocating for best practices and newer technologies;
  • You will be breaking down abstract problems into concrete solutions.

Requirement

  • 3+ years experience as React Developer, with solid knowledge of developing and maintaining web applications using React, including working with components, hooks, and state management;
  • Experience with jQuery and webforms, particularly in maintaining or modifying legacy systems that rely on these technologies;
  • Willingness and ability to work with legacy code, including refactoring and improving the codebase while maintaining its functionality and stability;
  • Familiarity with universal apps and server-side rendering (SSR), particularly in the context of improving performance and SEO in web applications;
  • Experience in building responsive and adaptive designs, ensuring applications work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with .NET technologies, including developing or maintaining applications built with the .NET framework;
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, including designing, developing, or working with distributed systems using microservices.
