Lead Business Analyst

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 PHP

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our client from the Philippines, who specializes in developing and implementing systems and applications to increase operational efficiency. They create an environment by providing responsive IT services, solutions, and innovations that positively impact the lives of companies. 

Responsibilities

  • As Lead Business Analyst, you will be leading the gathering, reviewing, and analyzing of business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics; 
  • You will be leading and mentoring business analysis teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance to achieve project and business goals; 
  • You will be driving the assessment of options for process improvement, including business process modeling;  
  • You will be overseeing the maintenance of documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations; 
  • You will be collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and progress; 
  • You will be steering the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are met and aligned with long-term goals. 

Requirement

  • 5+ years experience as Business Analyst; 
  • 3+ years experience with Team management; 
  • Ability to work onsite at the office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig – a necessary condition; 
  • Extensive experience in Agile Methodology; 
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions; 
  • Resourceful and capable of devising creative solutions to complex problems; 
  • Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols; 
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technology systems for data gathering and problem-solving; 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; 
  • Successful completion of the BA Workshop questionnaire and requirements documentation; 
  • Willingness to report onsite as needed. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 40,000 – 45,000 PHP;

  • ₱3,600 monthly de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
