Salary: 100 000 – 110 000 PHP
We are looking for a Technical Leader DCCS for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Technical Leader you will be providing subject matter expertise in the form of non-functional requirements to projects and strategic virtualization initiatives;
- You will be designing and influencing Architect team on virtual platform key decisions;
- You will be working with vendors and provide an aligned roadmap for the covered scope;
- You will be implementing and managing process improvements to enhance efficiency of the team and reduce downtime for the business;
- You will be handling complex technical issues and providing solutions to maintain smooth operations;
- You will be contributing to continuous-improvement cycle for all functional/operational matters;
- You will be identifying Innovation activities that promotes optimization and efficiency of the team;
- You will be working closely with partner teams to deliver best-of-breed customer service outcomes;
- You will be guiding and mentoring the technical team, ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards;
- You will be leading all the problem records and own them till resolution;
- You will be providing Life Cycle Management Strategy for all coordinating topic;
- You will be providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of these System Infrastructures;
- You will be ensuring appropriate documentation, including procedures for the Operations departments.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Infrastructure;
- 5+ years experience in performing analysis and troubleshooting within the Infrastructure scope;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience with configuration management tools – especially Ansible, Puppet, Chef;
- Knowledge in ITIL framework;
- Experience with Docker;
- Experience with DevOps environment;
- Fast learner in terms of understanding and analyzing business processes;
- Strong familiarity and working knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change Management;
- Ability to work well under pressure and minimal supervision.
