Business Analyst (RPA)

Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 PHP

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. 

Responsibilities

  • As Business Analyst you will be gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, ensuring that project needs are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives; 
  • You will be collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals, translating these needs into structured functional specifications that can be effectively implemented by technical teams; 
  • You will be assisting in solution design together with development teams, supporting technical discussions and ensuring that proposed solutions meet business expectations; 
  • You will be facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions, ensuring that all relevant perspectives are captured and properly documented; 
  • You will be creating process maps, data flow diagrams, and use cases, helping visualize workflows and system interactions to support solution design and development;  
  • You will be supporting QA and testing activities, including preparing test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements; 
  • You will be developing user manuals and training materials, and conducting end-user training when needed to ensure smooth adoption of implemented solutions; 
  • You will be tracking and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining traceability and ensuring alignment between initial requirements and delivered functionality; 
  • You will be identifying opportunities for business process improvement, analyzing workflows and recommending adjustments that increase efficiency; 
  • You will be communicating updates, insights, and progress to both business and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment across all project phases. 

Requirement

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT-related projects, ensuring familiarity with requirement analysis and system implementation processes; 
  • Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle, enabling effective collaboration with development and QA teams; 
  • Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, allowing adaptation to different project delivery approaches; 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar platforms, supporting documentation, requirement tracking, and process visualization; 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective interpretation of business needs and translation into system requirements; 
  • Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity and consistency of specifications and project documentation; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, supporting collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders; 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 45,000 – 55,000 PHP;

  • ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
