Guarantees for whistleblower protection

Reports can be made anonymously. We guarantee that all information provided by whistleblowers will be treated confidentially and will not be used against the reporting individual.

The company protects whistleblowers from any retaliatory actions, including dismissal, discrimination, or other forms of adverse treatment.

Reports of violations falling within the scope of Article 3, Section 1 of the Whistleblower Protection Act can also be made to the Ombudsman or public authorities and, where applicable, to institutions, bodies, or organizational units of the European Union. Detailed information can be found at:
