We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Atlassian Administrator you will be understanding the Jira layout and managing user default settings, ensuring proper system configuration and usability;
- You will be utilizing Jira tools to efficiently manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure and structured access control;
- You will be addressing and resolving inquiries related to group management, ensuring smooth user administration and support;
- You will be integrating external user directories with Jira, ensuring seamless synchronization and centralized user management;
- You will be developing a strong understanding of workflows and project configurations, enabling effective system customization and optimization;
- You will be configuring existing projects and converting them to different project types as needed, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements.
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator, ensuring hands-on expertise in managing Jira environments;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience with configuring and managing Jira projects workflows and permissions, enabling effective system setup and maintenance;
- Experience with user directories permissions roles and group administration in Jira, ensuring secure and organized access management;
- Knowledge of custom workflows transitions and automation in Jira, enabling process optimization and efficiency;
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues, ensuring system stability and user support;
- Experience with documenting configurations preparing reports and providing end-user support and training, ensuring clarity and usability of the platform;
- Good communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders;
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with others, ensuring smooth teamwork and project execution.
Nice to have
- Jira Administrator Certification, demonstrating validated expertise in Jira administration;
- Atlassian certifications, enabling broader knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.

- Salary for work amounting to 45,000 – 50,000 PHP;
