L3 Application Support

Country: Philippines | Work Location: Alabang, Mantinlupa

Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 PHP

We are looking for an Application Support for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. 

Responsibilities

  • As Application Support you will be configuring and deploying applications such as Order Management, Manufacturing, Billing, Reporting, and web applications, ensuring smooth and reliable releases; 
  • You will be analyzing and troubleshooting deployment issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to system availability; 
  • You will be recommending improvements to deployment processes including analysis, automation, and procedures, contributing to higher service quality and efficiency; 
  • You will be assisting in the preparation and execution of deployment plans, ensuring structured and controlled release activities; 
  • You will be providing Level 3 technical support for non-production European applications, ensuring advanced issue resolution and system stability;  
  • You will be managing user access and permissions, ensuring proper security and access control; 
  • You will be maintaining GDE tools that support European customers, ensuring their availability and proper functionality. 

Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience in a Development or Deployment Engineer role, ensuring hands-on expertise in application deployment and support; 
  • Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Experience with cross-platform environments including Windows Server and web applications, enabling effective issue identification and resolution; 
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and optionally Linux, enabling support of diverse infrastructure environments; 
  • Experience with web application servers such as Microsoft IIS, enabling deployment and maintenance of web applications; 
  • Experience with PowerShell, ensuring ability to automate tasks and manage system operations; 
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL and SQL queries, enabling data management and troubleshooting; 
  • Experience with Microsoft TFS and Azure DevOps, enabling support for development and deployment pipelines; 
  • ITIL certification, ensuring alignment with IT service management best practices. 

Nice to have

  • DevOps certification, enabling understanding of modern deployment and automation practices; 
  • Experience in database administration, enabling support for database-related tasks and optimization; 
  • Experience with Docker containers, enabling work with containerized environments. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 80,000 – 90,000 PHP;
  • Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
  • ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
