SAP Monitoring (TM)

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 PHP

We are looking for an SAP Monitoring Specialist for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. 

Responsibilities

  • As SAP Specialist you will be monitoring SAP ECC background jobs using SM37, identifying failures and performing safe job reruns to ensure continuity of operations; 
  • You will be monitoring BW process chains using the Process Chain Runtime Analysis tool, executing repair or repeat actions when failures occur to maintain data flow stability; 
  • You will be monitoring abnormal or long-running background jobs, reporting issues to the business support team and following their guidance for further handling; 
  • You will be performing basic Control M operations such as rerun hold free kill and set to OK, while checking scheduling issues for background jobs; 
  • You will be maintaining accurate records and operational evidence, ensuring traceability and compliance with support processes;  
  • You will be participating in a rotating shift and 24 by 7 support model, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity between shifts. 

Requirement

  • 1+ year of experience as an SAP Monitoring Specialist, ensuring hands-on involvement in system monitoring activities; 
  • Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Knowledge of SAP operations including basic Basis monitoring tasks such as using SM37 ST22 and other operational transaction codes, enabling effective system monitoring and issue identification; 
  • Familiarity with enterprise scheduling tools such as Control M Autosys UC4 Cron or TWS, enabling management of job scheduling and execution; 
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn system monitoring tools, enabling continuous development and effective issue handling; 
  • Experience with ticket handling, ensuring proper tracking and resolution of incidents.

  • Salary for work amounting to 40,000 – 50,000 PHP;
