SAP Administrator

Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 PHP

We are looking for an SAP Administrator for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. 

Responsibilities

  • As SAP Administrator you will be administering the SAP BusinessObjects platform using Central Management Console, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the BI environment; 
  • You will be managing and maintaining SAP BusinessObjects environments, ensuring platform reliability, consistency, and availability across all stages;  
  • You will be monitoring system health, job scheduling, and platform performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues;  
  • You will be ensuring system availability, reliability, and operational stability, supporting uninterrupted access to reporting and analytics solutions;  
  • You will be managing user access and permissions through Active Directory groups, ensuring secure and compliant access management processes;  
  • You will be configuring roles, folder access, and object-level security, ensuring proper governance and protection of BI assets; 
  • You will be processing access requests and ensuring compliance with governance policies, maintaining security and auditability standards; 
  • You will be supporting onboarding activities for new applications and users, ensuring smooth integration into the SAP BusinessObjects environment; 
  • You will be managing promotion of BusinessObjects content across environments, ensuring controlled migration of reports, universes, and related assets; 
  • You will be ensuring traceable and well-governed deployments from development to production environments, minimizing risks associated with releases; 
  • You will be maintaining consistency and integrity of BI assets, ensuring reliable reporting and analytics capabilities; 
  • You will be configuring and managing connections to enterprise data sources, ensuring secure and reliable access to business data. 

Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience as an SAP Administrator, ensuring strong expertise in administration and support of enterprise SAP environments; 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, enabling support for enterprise reporting and data warehousing solutions; 
  • Exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks and the Azure ecosystem, enabling collaboration within modern analytics environments; 
  • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform including Central Management Console and BI Launchpad, enabling effective platform administration and support; 
  • Knowledge of Web Intelligence reporting and Universe Design using Information Design Tool, enabling support and maintenance of reporting solutions;  
  • Experience with user security and access management, ensuring secure administration of users, roles, and permissions;   
  • Familiarity with job scheduling, monitoring, and promotion management, enabling reliable operation of reporting and analytics services;  
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, enabling efficient diagnosis and resolution of platform-related issues; 
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional enterprise environment, ensuring effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 80,000 – 90,000 PHP;

  • ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
