We are looking for a Cloud Architect for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Cloud Architect you will be creating architecture and design documentation for both existing and new cloud infrastructures, ensuring clarity, scalability, and alignment with organizational standards;
- You will be discussing requirements and providing solutions for new projects or improvements requested by business users, application owners, or identified by the infrastructure team;
- You will be maintaining existing and new Azure and AWS environments under operational conditions, strictly following support processes and service level agreements;
- You will be building, deploying, and managing Azure environments and features, ensuring compliance with standards defined by the group;
- You will be assisting in the implementation of Azure components, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient solutions;
- You will be contributing to the evaluation and qualification of new technologies and solutions, ensuring that the organization stays up to date with cloud innovations;
- You will be providing recommendations at the highest level of expertise, advising senior stakeholders and technical teams on cloud infrastructure best practices, performance optimization, and security.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, with hands-on expertise in supporting and managing enterprise systems;
- 1+ year of proven experience as an Azure Administrator, managing cloud environments and services;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Strong experience in administration and troubleshooting of Azure environments, including monitoring, patching, and performance optimization;
- Proficiency in building environments in Azure using Infrastructure as Code approaches;
- Practical experience in migrating servers from legacy data centers to Microsoft Azure;
- Working knowledge of DevOps automation tools for CI/CD, configuration, and deployment;
- Experience in building secure infrastructures in Azure, including implementation of security measures, compliance standards, and resilience features;
- Strong background in server operating systems – Windows or Linux;
- Proficiency in scripting – PowerShell, Bash, or Python;
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure solutions across networking, storage, and compute;
- Understanding of the ITIL framework, applying structured processes for incident, problem, and change management;
- Exposure to other cloud environments, with the ability to adapt solutions to multi-cloud strategies;
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies and their integration into cloud architectures.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification, validating expertise in managing Azure environments;
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification, demonstrating advanced knowledge in designing scalable and secure cloud solutions.

- Salary for work amounting to 70,000 – 80,000 PHP;
