We are looking for a Calculation Support for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Calculation Support you will be providing end-to-end assistance to clients during system upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing operations of calculation software, ensuring smooth deployment and optimal performance;
- You will be supporting customers by defining, implementing, and validating technical solutions that address user issues, streamline workflows, and improve system efficiency;
- You will be performing pre-production environment setup, ensuring that integrations, configurations, and dependencies are correctly implemented for seamless transitions into production;
- You will be responsible for deploying new customer environments, configuring and implementing the Calculation System, and ensuring that each deployment aligns with the organization’s standards and best practices;
- You will be conducting user training sessions for new services, product updates, and system enhancements across the Asia region, empowering users to operate the system efficiently;
- You will be continuously improving daily support operations, identifying recurring issues, and recommending process optimizations for long-term sustainability;
- You will be evaluating system specifications and configurations, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and system performance, while ensuring compliance with operational guidelines;
- You will be maintaining detailed documentation of setups, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirement
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IS support and maintenance, Business Analysis, System Analysis, or related technical fields, demonstrating strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Proven experience working with IIS and XML, particularly in configuration, deployment, and error resolution;
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL, including writing queries, managing databases, and troubleshooting performance issues;
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations for critical incidents or emergency issues, ensuring 24/7 availability of key systems;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, allowing clear coordination with technical teams and clients;
- Demonstrated customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to maintain professionalism and empathy during complex issue resolutions;
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional and international teams;
- High problem-solving capacity and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing system requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, particularly in deploying or maintaining cloud-hosted environments;
- Basic knowledge of network configuration, including IP addressing, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Salary for work amounting to 85,000 – 95,000 PHP;
