Salary: 150,000 – 160,000 PHP
We are looking for a Cloud and Wintel Administrator for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Cloud Administrator you will be administering and maintaining Windows Server environments, ensuring their stability, security, and alignment with internal standards;
- You will be performing routine patching, updates, and system health checks, making sure systems remain secure, up to date, and compliant with defined policies;
- You will be monitoring and troubleshooting server performance and availability, proactively identifying issues and resolving them before they impact business operations;
- You will be assisting in managing cloud resources across multiple platforms, supporting day-to-day cloud administration activities;
- You will be monitoring cloud workloads and assisting with provisioning and scaling, helping ensure optimal resource usage and performance;
- You will be supporting cloud backup and disaster recovery configurations, ensuring data protection strategies are properly implemented;
- You will be monitoring backup jobs and resolving failures or alerts, maintaining the reliability of backup operations;
- You will be performing regular restore tests, validating data recoverability and disaster recovery readiness;
- You will be using monitoring tools to track system health and performance, ensuring visibility across infrastructure components;
- You will be responding to incidents and service requests related to servers and backups, providing timely and effective resolution;
- You will be supporting audit and compliance activities, preparing systems and documentation for internal and external reviews;
- You will be ensuring systems meet internal and regulatory standards, following defined security, governance, and operational requirements.
Requirement
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, providing a solid foundation across server, storage, and platform administration;
- 5+ years of experience in workstation build and automation, supporting standardized and efficient endpoint environments;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory, supporting enterprise directory and server services;
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V, ensuring efficient resource utilization;
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP, enabling support of hybrid and multi-cloud environments;
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, supporting backup and recovery operations;
- Experience with SAN and NAS solutions, managing enterprise storage environments;
- Experience with storage protocols such as iSCSI, NFS, and SMB, ensuring reliable data access;
- Experience with ITSM tools, supporting structured incident, problem, and request management;
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, and Nagios, enabling proactive infrastructure monitoring;
- Basic exposure to SIEM tools, supporting security monitoring and incident awareness;
- Experience with PowerShell, enabling scripting, automation, and administrative efficiency.
Nice to have
- Exposure to automation tools, supporting further optimization and standardization of infrastructure operations.
We Offer
- Salary for work amounting to 150,000 – 160,000 PHP;
