We are looking for a Content Loader for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As a Content Loader you will be evaluating requests for new or modified programs, determining feasibility, estimating required time, and assessing compatibility and dependencies with existing systems;
- You will be consulting with the Technical or Team Leader to clarify project objectives and ensure full alignment before execution;
- You will be formulating clear, structured plans outlining the steps required for content loading, ensuring smooth and organized implementation;
- You will be performing unit testing across various Content Management Systems, verifying correctness and quality before release;
- You will be writing documentation related to projects and initiatives, ensuring accurate references for teammates and stakeholders;
- You will be recreating and simulating user steps to identify the source of issues, and rewriting program components as needed to correct errors;
- You will be providing resolutions for project-related concerns, ensuring timely and reliable issue closure;
- You will be assisting in knowledge transfer during project handovers, supporting continuous team readiness and operational continuity;
- You will be maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and user satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle;
- You will be preparing and submitting required reports, providing accurate updates on progress and findings;
- You will be maintaining and updating daily monitoring of service deliverables, tracking status and ensuring adherence to timelines;
- You will be ensuring service continuity by flexibly adjusting to support other team members, contributing to team success and efficiency.
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in content loading, ensuring you can manage and execute content tasks efficiently and accurately;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Knowledge in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects, enabling effective handling of image, layout, and multimedia content;
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into a structured approach for content loading, including translations, images, and video assets;
- Ability to provide support aligned with current user specifications, ensuring accurate and user-focused service delivery;
- Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation, supporting clarity, consistency, and team alignment;
- Ability to communicate effectively even with difficult or demanding users, ensuring professionalism and constructive interactions;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment, contributing to productive and positive teamwork;
- Strong attention to detail and quality-checking abilities, ensuring all loaded content meets required standards;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, allowing clear and effective interaction with users and team members;
- Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities, ensuring timely and structured handling of multiple tasks;
- Customer-service orientation, enabling a helpful, empathetic, and solution-driven approach to all interactions.
Nice to have
- Experience with CoreMedia or Strapi, which adds value when working across modern CMS platforms.
We Offer
- Salary for work amounting to 40,000 – 45,000 PHP;
