Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 PHP
We are looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As a Fixed Asset Accountant, you will be leading the Fixed Asset inventory process in accordance with company policies, ensuring that inventories are performed accurately, reconciled properly, and that any discrepancies or action items are resolved in a timely manner;
- You will be developing and implementing a standardized asset tagging process across business units, ensuring consistency and traceability of fixed assets throughout the organization;
- You will be assigning Fixed Asset tag numbers to each asset, printing and distributing tags to respective asset owners, ensuring proper documentation and identification;
- You will be working closely with operations and support teams, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Fixed Asset accounting data in the system;
- You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, contributing to standardization and automation initiatives within the Fixed Asset accounting area.
Requirement
- 1+ year of experience in Accounting or accounting-related functions, ensuring familiarity with financial processes and basic accounting principles;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Degree in Accounting or a related field, providing a solid educational foundation in financial and accounting standards;
- Analytical skills with knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting basics, enabling accurate asset tracking and reconciliation;
- Knowledge of ERP systems, supporting proper recording and monitoring of asset-related transactions;
- Understanding of the business environment, allowing effective cooperation with operational and support departments.

- Salary for work amounting to 30,000 – 35,000 PHP;
- Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
- ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
