Responsibilities

• As Fullstack Developer you will be designing, developing, and enhancing scalable applications as part of a cross-functional Scrum team, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements; 
• You will be conducting structured peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development best practices; 
• You will be developing comprehensive unit tests and ensuring high test coverage, supporting application quality and long-term maintainability; 
• You will be building and maintaining automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery processes; 
• You will be collaborating with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers during backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective Agile delivery;  
• You will be refactoring and optimizing existing codebases, improving application performance, scalability, and maintainability; 
• You will be troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems; 
• You will be maintaining clear technical documentation related to feature behavior, validations, and design decisions, ensuring knowledge sharing and traceability; 
• You will be contributing to improvements in development processes and engineering best practices, supporting continuous team and product enhancement. 

Requirement

• 2+ years of experience working in Agile or Scrum development teams, ensuring familiarity with collaborative software delivery practices; 
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java JavaScript or Python, enabling development of scalable application components; 
• Experience writing unit and integration tests as part of daily development activities, ensuring software quality and stability; 
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Cypress Playwright or JUnit, enabling efficient automated testing processes; 
• Familiarity with API testing and backend service validation, enabling reliable integration and system verification; 
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows, enabling participation in modern software delivery processes; 
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git, ensuring effective collaboration and code management; 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, enabling effective troubleshooting and solution design; 
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, enabling smooth cooperation within cross-functional development teams.

• Salary for work amounting to 55,000 – 65,000 PHP;
