Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 PHP
We are looking for an SAP C4C Consultant for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As SAP C4C Consultant you will be facilitating business and functional workshops to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring clear understanding of business needs;
- You will be translating business needs into functional specifications, solution designs, and system configurations, ensuring accurate implementation of requirements;
- You will be designing, configuring, customizing, and testing SAP C4C functionalities, ensuring alignment with See4C standards and business expectations;
- You will be performing issue analysis and root cause investigations, proposing functional or technical workarounds when required to ensure continuity of operations;
- You will be handling urgent fixes, emergency changes, and transports for high-priority incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes;
- You will be ensuring data integrity, consistency, and cleanliness across SAP C4C environments, maintaining high data quality standards;
- You will be coordinating closely with technical teams for scripting, integrations, and complex fixes, ensuring effective resolution of technical challenges;
- You will be supporting and validating integrations via APIs with external systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and system interoperability;
- You will be maintaining and updating functional documentation, including design documents, test cases, and UAT results, ensuring transparency and traceability;
- You will be providing ad-hoc user support and functional training to business users, ensuring effective system adoption and usage.
Requirement
- 1+ year of experience in SAP C4C or CRM functional consulting, ensuring hands-on involvement in functional configuration and support;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience with SAP C4C Sales and Service modules, ensuring strong functional understanding of core processes;
- Experience with Iron Python scripting, enabling support for functional enhancements and custom logic;
- Knowledge of API integrations and data flows between SAP C4C and other systems, enabling effective system connectivity;
- Experience with incident management change management and transport handling, ensuring structured support and change processes;
- Ability to work in AMS or support-driven environments, ensuring awareness of SLAs and operational priorities;
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, ensuring support for global See4C operations;
- Ability to handle on-call or extended support during critical incidents or releases, ensuring system continuity and responsiveness.

- Salary for work amounting to 30,000 – 35,000 PHP;
