We are looking for a Master Data Management specialist for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Master Data Management Specialist you will be creating new Vendor and Customer accounts in the ERP system and associated bank portals, ensuring all setups are based on approved requests and complete supporting documentation;
- You will be modifying Vendor and Customer accounts in ERP systems and bank portals according to approved change requests, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with company standards;
- You will be conducting bank verifications for vendors requiring new setup or modifications by initiating video calls, phone calls, or email verification to ensure authenticity and prevent fraud;
- You will be managing document filing and ensuring proper storage and organization of records to support easy retrieval and audit readiness;
- You will be supporting the preparation of KPI reports by gathering and validating data to provide insights into master data management performance;
- You will be providing accurate data and input required for Balance Scorecard reporting, helping track and measure team objectives and results;
- You will be filing and updating applications for allowable overtime, offset, and leave records within the timekeeping system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing;
- You will be updating records of man hours based on actual time spent per process, supporting productivity analysis and workforce planning;
- You will be supporting project implementations by sharing detailed process knowledge, providing data support, and conducting User Acceptance Testing;
- You will be documenting all test results accurately;
- You will be conducting self-evaluations based on defined performance targets, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement;
- You will be supporting audit processes by gathering required documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring timely submission of requested information.
Requirement
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Master Data Management or related administrative work, demonstrating familiarity with vendor/customer setup and data governance practices;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience working with various ERP systems, allowing efficient handling of master data processes across platforms;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and reporting, Outlook for communication, and PowerPoint for presentations and documentation;
- Ability to work effectively in a structured and process-driven environment, adhering to established standards and timelines;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling clear documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement;
- Previous experience in a Shared Services or BPO setting, demonstrating ability to adapt to high-volume, standardized work environments;
- Experience working in international and culturally diverse organizations, contributing to effective collaboration across global teams.
