Project Manager

Country: Philippines | Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Salary: 65,000 – 75,000 PHP

We are looking for a Project Manager for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities

  • As Project Manager you will be understanding and complying with the organization’s Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Scrum practices, and CMMI standards, ensuring that project activities follow established governance and quality frameworks; 
  • You will be developing Project Charters and other project management documentation, ensuring clear definition of project scope, objectives, and delivery approach;  
  • You will be overseeing the completion of project tasks and monitoring adherence to project management standards, ensuring that project activities remain aligned with defined methodologies and timelines;  
  • You will be establishing and maintaining timely communication with project stakeholders, ensuring transparency of progress, issues, and key decisions;  
  • You will be improving project administration processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to enhance project delivery and coordination;  
  • You will be communicating project-related issues to the team, particularly those that may impact schedules, resources, or deliverables; 
  • You will be conducting ongoing project evaluations and making adjustments when necessary, ensuring that both internal and external factors do not negatively impact project outcomes; 
  • You will be ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and structured meetings, providing updates and facilitating collaboration across teams. 

Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience leading project teams, ensuring strong leadership capabilities and experience coordinating cross-functional project activities; 
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Software Development environment, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and iterative delivery models; 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring effective balancing of resources, timelines, and deliverables; 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling assessment of complex technical environments and identification of effective solutions;  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing clear presentation of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;   
  • Continuous improvement mindset, supporting optimization of project processes and adoption of best practices within IT infrastructure environments;  
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and anticipate their needs, ensuring alignment between project delivery and business expectations; 
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals; 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, enabling effective task management within fast-paced and demanding project environments. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 65,000 – 75,000 PHP;
