Salary: 65,000 – 75,000 PHP
We are looking for a Project Manager for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager you will be ensuring adherence to the organization’s Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Scrum, and CMMI standards, maintaining consistency, transparency, and quality throughout all project phases;
- You will be developing comprehensive Project Charters and other project management documentation, ensuring that all deliverables are reviewed, approved, and accepted by the Business Sponsor;
- You will be overseeing the completion of project tasks, monitoring progress and adherence to defined project management standards under the guidance of a Project Manager II or Project Director, while ensuring that goals are met on time and within scope;
- You will be identifying and managing project risks, proactively evaluating potential challenges, and implementing corrective measures or contingency plans when necessary to maintain project alignment;
- You will be communicating effectively with the project team, addressing issues related to scheduling, dependencies, or resourcing that could affect project outcomes;
- You will be ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through clear, consistent, and proactive communication, including regular meetings, presentations, and progress reports;
- You will be demonstrating a solid understanding of business concerns, providing well-founded insights and recommendations that align project objectives with organizational goals;
- You will be maintaining activity records in ATLAS Logs, documenting progress, and escalating issues to superiors when needed to ensure visibility and timely resolution;
- You will be preparing and submitting project reports, tracking key metrics, timelines, and outcomes to ensure alignment with performance expectations;
- You will be monitoring project financials, including budget utilization, cost control, and variance tracking, ensuring fiscal responsibility across all initiatives.
Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects across multiple industries, including manufacturing and distribution;
- 3+ years of experience managing project teams, including planning, task allocation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution;
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working in an Agile Software Development environment, demonstrating understanding of iterative delivery, sprint cycles, and backlog prioritization;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience in managing projects related to Network infrastructure, showcasing technical awareness and coordination with cross-functional IT teams;
- Ability to handle multiple small and simple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent progress across parallel initiatives;
- Strong analytical skills, capable of evaluating project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks effectively;
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, ensuring clear articulation of plans, expectations, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Proven stakeholder management ability, engaging effectively with diverse teams to understand needs, manage expectations, and maintain alignment in rapidly changing business contexts;
- Proficiency in customer relations, demonstrating the ability to build trust and long-term business partnerships;
- Strong knowledge of information and communication technologies, leveraging modern tools and systems to enhance project visibility and collaboration;
- Collaborative mindset, able to work efficiently with different stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational alignment throughout project delivery.

- Salary for work amounting to 65,000 – 75,000 PHP;
