Project Manager (Night Shift)

Salary: 90,000 – 110,000 PHP

We are looking for a Project Manager for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. 

Responsibilities

  • As Project Manager you will be defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with PM procedures and business expectations; 
  • You will be ensuring alignment of project objectives with business goals, customer expectations, and organizational priorities, supporting successful project outcomes and value delivery;  
  • You will be identifying key stakeholders and establishing stakeholder engagement and communication approaches, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;  
  • You will be developing detailed project management plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring realistic planning and efficient utilization of resources;  
  • You will be establishing baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and quality metrics, enabling effective performance monitoring and project control;  
  • You will be defining project governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths, ensuring clear accountability and decision-making processes; 
  • You will be managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations; 
  • You will be coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked to completion; 
  • You will be leading project meetings, status reporting activities, and stakeholder presentations, ensuring accurate communication of progress, risks, and achievements; 
  • You will be facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, priorities, and delivery expectations; 
  • You will be identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and minimal impact on project delivery; 
  • You will be monitoring project performance against established baselines, proactively addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions when necessary; 
  • You will be supporting CMMI and organizational compliance activities, ensuring adherence to internal standards, governance requirements, and best practices. 

Requirement

  • 7+ years of experience in the IT industry, ensuring broad exposure to technology projects and delivery environments; 
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ensuring strong expertise in leading end-to-end project delivery; 
  • 1+ year of experience in Business Analysis, enabling effective understanding and translation of business requirements into project outcomes; 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Willingness to work in night shifts – Necessary condition;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies including SDLC Waterfall Agile and Hybrid approaches, enabling selection and application of appropriate delivery frameworks; 
  • Knowledge of PMO processes frameworks and governance standards, ensuring compliance and consistency across projects;  
  • Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring structured and successful project execution;   
  • Proficiency with project management tools, enabling effective planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities;  
  • Knowledge of risk management change management and stakeholder management practices, enabling proactive project governance and issue resolution; 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders; 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring efficient workload management and timely delivery of objectives. 

Nice to have

  • Exposure to business operations related to manufacturing, distribution, or financial operations, enabling better understanding of business processes and industry-specific requirements; 
  • Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile and Scrum certifications, demonstrating formal project management expertise and best practice knowledge. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 90,000 – 110,000 PHP;
  • Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
  • ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
