Responsibilities

• As SAP Analyst you will be overseeing data cleansing and validation efforts as part of SAP data migration, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for migration; 
• You will be analyzing SAP production issues and defining sustainable solutions, ensuring long-term stability and efficiency of systems; 
• You will be assisting users in defining new reporting requirements and acting as a liaison between the US business and the global BI team, ensuring clear communication and alignment; 
• You will be acting as an IT Business Partner for Divisional Business Unit Leadership within Finance and Operations, supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making; 
• You will be understanding technical details, integrations, and functions of multiple complex systems, ensuring effective analysis and problem-solving;  
• You will be understanding complex business processes and serving as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and domain knowledge to stakeholders; 
• You will be creating and executing test scenarios, ensuring the quality of deliverables and alignment with business requirements; 
• You will be articulating requirements to technical teams using logical diagrams, use cases, data samples, and other structured formats, ensuring clear and actionable communication; 
• You will be collaborating in forecasting project timelines, contributing to planning and delivery expectations. 

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP BO Analyst, ensuring strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects and reporting environments; 
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics environments, ensuring ability to work with complex data-driven solutions; 
• Experience with SQL development and SQL-based databases, enabling efficient data querying and transformation; 
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Python, enabling advanced data processing and analytics; 
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar data integration or orchestration tools, enabling reliable data pipeline management; 
• Experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Qlik or SAP BusinessObjects, ensuring delivery of actionable insights; 
• Experience analyzing transforming and validating large datasets, enabling high-quality reporting and analytics outputs; 
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts including dimensional modeling and star schema design, enabling efficient data structure design; 
• Experience developing reports using SAP BusinessObjects or similar enterprise BI tools, ensuring consistency in reporting solutions; 
• Familiarity with Central Management Console or similar BI platform administration tools, enabling effective system management; 
• Experience with ETL or ELT processes and data pipelines, enabling structured data movement and transformation; 
• Knowledge of data integration patterns between enterprise systems and analytics platforms, enabling seamless data flow; 
• Experience mentoring engineers or supporting technical initiatives, enabling knowledge sharing and team development; 
• Ability to participate in technical discussions troubleshooting and root cause analysis, ensuring effective issue resolution. 

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP BW or BW on HANA data modeling or reporting, enabling work with advanced SAP data warehousing solutions.
