SAP Business Analyst (FICO/MM)

Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 PHP

We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst for our client in the Philippines, a company specializing in management and consulting services that deliver high impact and results-oriented solutions. Their mission is to support other companies in driving business innovation and improving their processes. We are hiring for multiple SAP modules, so Analysts with different specializations are welcome to apply. 

Responsibilities

  • As a SAP Business Analyst you will be obtaining and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders, translating them into clearly defined functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions that align with organizational goals; 
  • You will be collaborating with SAP project teams to define detailed system and solution requirements for enhancements, customizations, and integrations across various SAP modules;  
  • You will be designing and documenting functional solutions, including defining business rules, logic, and processes for modules interfacing with SAP ERP, ensuring compatibility and system stability;  
  • You will be developing and maintaining functional specification documents for system enhancements, reports, workflows, and user interfaces that support business needs;  
  • You will be working closely with SAP consultants and development teams to integrate third-party or external systems into the SAP ERP landscape through custom APIs, IDOCs, or middleware platforms;  
  • You will be researching and evaluating new SAP features and technologies, staying informed about relevant releases, updates, and best practices to improve system performance and scalability; 
  • You will be attending workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously expand your understanding of SAP functionalities and business alignment. 

Requirement

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP Business Analyst in FICO and MM modules, with a strong track record of delivering functional solutions and collaborating with cross-functional project teams; 
  • Work in a hybrid setup in one of the Client’s offices – necessary condition. Client sites are located in BGC, Libis, Makati, and Pasay; 
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate SAP ERP data, perform advanced calculations, and support reporting or financial analysis tasks through functional tools or queries; 
  • Strong ability to integrate SAP solutions into core business processes, ensuring seamless alignment with operational workflows and business objectives;  
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, data flows, and module-specific functionalities, particularly in financial accounting and materials management; 
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, recommend improvements, and optimize existing SAP configurations; 
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex functional designs to both technical teams and business users.

  • Salary for work amounting to 100,000 – 120,000 PHP;
