SAP Manager (FICO/CO)

Salary: 100,000 – 160,000 PHP

We are looking for SAP Managers for our client in the Philippines, a company specializing in management and consulting services that deliver high impact and results-oriented solutions. Their mission is to support other companies in driving business innovation and improving their processes. We are hiring for multiple SAP modules, so Managers with different specializations are welcome to apply. 

Responsibilities

  • As a SAP Manager you will be assisting in managing the project team roster, including tracking resource allocation, onboarding new members, and maintaining up-to-date records to ensure team structure aligns with project needs and milestones; 
  • You will be maintaining the team’s on-site rotation plan and vacation calendar, ensuring proper coverage across key project periods and facilitating team coordination with minimal disruption;  
  • You will be supporting the definition and documentation of project management processes, quality assurance measures, and delivery standards to promote consistency and excellence across all project phases;  
  • You will be contributing to planning and coordination of major implementation phases, project milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with functional leads and PMO, ensuring clear tracking and accountability;  
  • You will be monitoring adherence to approved project methodologies and tools, enforcing standards related to documentation, risk management, and communication to uphold project quality;  
  • You will be maintaining the master workshops plan and managing scheduling logistics, aligning workshop sessions with participant availability and project timelines;  
  • You will be organizing and updating project deliverables, including progress reports, meeting minutes, timesheets, RAID logs, and supporting documentation to ensure full traceability; 
  • You will be supporting day-to-day project execution, by tracking task completion, milestone progress, and deliverable status, and communicating regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment with planned schedules; 
  • You will be assisting in the identification, tracking, and resolution of project risks and issues, coordinating with relevant teams to monitor mitigation plans and follow up on action items; 
  • You will be providing support to team members on the use of project management tools and templates, ensuring accurate, consistent usage across the team and facilitating training where needed. 

Requirement

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Manager, with proven involvement in projects related in at least one of the core SAP modules FICO or CO, particularly in implementation or transformation programs; 
  • Work in a hybrid setup in one of the Client’s offices – necessary condition. Client sites are located in BGC, Libis, Makati, and Pasay; 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure workloads, manage multiple priorities, and ensure consistency in task execution across geographically dispersed teams; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders in high-pressure project environments;  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and operational information for various audiences; 
  • Proficiency in project tools, especially Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, supporting effective documentation, scheduling, and reporting; 
  • Motivation to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive attitude in acquiring new skills and contributing positively in dynamic, multicultural teams and fast-paced environments. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 100,000 – 160,000 PHP; 
  • Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000; 
  • ₱3,600 monthly de minimis non-taxable allowance;
