Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 PHP
We are looking for a Scrum Master for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As a Scrum Master you will facilitating the delivery of high-quality software by driving Agile principles, ensuring effective collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across teams;
- You will be organizing and facilitating core Scrum events – including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives – ensuring they are timeboxed, productive, and outcome-focused;
- You will be removing impediments that block the team’s progress, fostering strong collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery;
- You will be coaching the Scrum Team on Agile values, principles, and practices, helping them build self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability in their work;
- You will be partnering closely with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals;
- You will be tracking sprint progress using Agile tools such as JIRA, generating reports and insights to assess team velocity, predictability, and delivery health;
- You will be maintaining project documentation in collaboration with other teams, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and decisions;
- You will be encouraging continuous improvement, facilitating discussions and retrospectives that inspire actionable outcomes and drive better team performance;
- You will be participating in risk management activities, identifying potential delivery challenges, and helping define effective mitigation strategies;
- You will be promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration, ensuring that information flows effectively between all involved parties – from development to management;
- You will be supporting the organization in adopting and scaling Agile practices, contributing to a culture of transparency, innovation, and shared ownership.
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams through successful project deliveries;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, allowing you to manage backlogs, track progress, and maintain clear and accessible project documentation;
- Background or working knowledge of .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies, helping you understand technical discussions and support teams more effectively;
- Good communication skills in English, enabling clear facilitation of meetings and effective collaboration in an international environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supporting you in identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities;
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across roles and responsibilities;
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely, ensuring transparency and shared understanding among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Certified Scrum Master – CSM or equivalent – validating formal Agile expertise and knowledge of Scrum principles;
- Previous experience in software development or testing, particularly in frontend or backend roles within e-commerce environments, supporting deeper technical understanding and team empathy.

- Salary for work amounting to 60,000 – 70,000 PHP;
