Salary: 80,000 – 85,000 PHP
We are looking for a TIBCO Developer for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As TIBCO Developer you will be providing application support primarily using TIBCO technologies, ensuring stability, availability, and correct functioning of integration solutions;
- You will be troubleshooting and supporting existing export jobs, working with SQL Server and SSIS as well as Oracle-based integrations to identify and resolve data flow or processing issues;
- You will be supporting troubleshooting, management, and delivery reporting, using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to ensure accurate visibility of system performance and operational data;
- You will be working with CLX and VisionX Catalog and Pricing Management, supporting data consistency and resolving issues related to catalog and pricing processes;
- You will be debugging and supporting API integrations, identifying integration issues, analyzing request and response flows, and ensuring reliable communication between systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analysis and development using TIBCO technologies, enabling effective support and enhancement of integration solutions;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Strong foundation in TIBCO BW, TIBCO Designer, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO EMS, allowing you to troubleshoot, configure, and maintain integration components;
- Knowledge of basic UNIX commands and scripting, supporting diagnostics and operational tasks;
- Knowledge of basic SQL commands and scripting, enabling data validation and issue analysis;
- Ability to support and develop applications based on issues raised by project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs;
- Ability to identify root causes of issues, rather than addressing symptoms only;
- Ability to implement preventive actions for recurring issues, improving system stability and reducing incident reoccurrence;
- Proactive approach to documentation, clearly recording development work, troubleshooting findings, and applied resolutions.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional TIBCO components, including TIBCO BusinessConnect, TIBCO BusinessEvents, and TIBCO Spotfire.
