Senior BizTalk Developer

Country: Philippines | Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Salary: 130,000 – 140,000 PHP

We are looking for a BizTalk Developer for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. 

Responsibilities

  • As Biztalk Developer you will be monitoring interface performance and ensuring system stability across BizTalk environments, proactively identifying issues that may impact business operations; 
  • You will be taking ownership of incident resolution, support activities, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely delivery and effective issue management;  
  • You will be providing proactive recommendations for system improvements, helping enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability of integrations;  
  • You will be performing impact analysis for defects and enhancement requests, ensuring potential risks are identified and minimized before deployment;  
  • You will be identifying recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes or process improvements, reducing operational incidents and improving service quality;  
  • You will be designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting BizTalk integrations and interfaces, ensuring reliable communication between enterprise systems; 
  • You will be performing deep root cause analysis and resolving complex technical issues end-to-end across BizTalk environments, ensuring long-term solution effectiveness; 
  • You will be working closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions; 
  • You will be ensuring that developed applications and integrations are properly unit tested, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability; 
  • You will be ensuring that security best practices are applied across integrations, services, and message flows, protecting data integrity and system access; 
  • You will be producing clear and comprehensive technical documentation for complex developments, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring knowledge continuity; 
  • You will be understanding and complying with established SDLC and CMMI standards, ensuring adherence to organizational processes and quality requirements. 

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft BizTalk, ensuring strong expertise in enterprise integration and support environments; 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Expertise in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 or 2020, enabling development and support of orchestrations, pipelines, schemas, maps, adapters, and messaging components; 
  • Experience with Enterprise Application Integration and message processing, enabling reliable communication across business systems;  
  • Proficiency in XML XSLT XPath EDI and Web Services, enabling implementation of complex integration and transformation scenarios;   
  • Knowledge of adapter connectivity and external system integrations, enabling seamless data exchange across platforms;  
  • Experience with C# and .NET development, enabling creation of custom components, scripts, and integration extensions; 
  • Experience with SQL Server including queries stored procedures and data transformations, enabling efficient data processing and troubleshooting; 
  • Experience with XML schema design mapping and transformation, ensuring accurate message validation and conversion; 
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, enabling effective platform administration and support; 
  • Experience with Azure DevOps TFS Git and Git Flow, enabling structured source control and deployment management; 
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, enabling effective participation in modern software delivery processes. 

Nice to have

  • Experience with PowerShell, enabling automation of administrative, deployment, and operational tasks.

  • Salary for work amounting to 130,000 – 140,000 PHP;
