We are looking for a Technical Lead for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Tech Lead you will be providing technical leadership for SAP BO and SAP BW/4HANA solutions across the team, coordinating complex troubleshooting and ensuring effective support activities;
- You will be guiding engineers on best practices for reporting, data modeling, and platform operations, ensuring consistency and high-quality solutions;
- You will be supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring junior engineers, contributing to team development and technical growth;
- You will be developing and maintaining Web Intelligence reports, ensuring accurate and business-aligned reporting outputs;
- You will be designing and maintaining Universes using Information Design Tool, ensuring proper data structure and usability for reporting;
- You will be troubleshooting report performance, refresh failures, and scheduling issues, ensuring reliability and efficiency of BI solutions;
- You will be developing and maintaining BW/4HANA data models, including ADSO and Composite Providers, ensuring scalable and optimized data structures;
- You will be creating and maintaining BW Queries used for reporting and analytics, ensuring consistency and performance of reporting layers;
- You will be designing and maintaining analytical data models supporting reporting workloads, ensuring alignment with business needs and performance expectations;
- You will be applying data modeling best practices including star schema and dimensional modeling, ensuring efficient and maintainable data design;
- You will be working with SAP ChaRM for controlled change deployments, ensuring governance and traceability of changes;
- You will be coordinating transports across development, QA, and production environments, ensuring smooth and controlled releases;
- You will be participating in production support and incident management, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting business operations;
- You will be monitoring data loads, report schedules, and BI platform services, ensuring system stability and data availability.
Requirement
- 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead working with SAP BusinessObjects and SAP BW/4HANA, ensuring strong leadership and technical expertise;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience with Analysis for Office, enabling support for advanced reporting and data analysis;
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services for data integration and ETL, ensuring reliable data processing and transformation;
- Exposure to Databricks or Spark-based analytics platforms, enabling work with modern data processing environments;
- Familiarity with data integration patterns between SAP and modern data platforms, enabling seamless data flow across systems;
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise BI environments, ensuring stability and scalability of solutions;
- Experience developing Web Intelligence reports, ensuring delivery of business-ready reporting solutions;
- Experience designing Universes using Information Design Tool, enabling structured and efficient data access;
- Familiarity with Central Management Console administration, enabling effective BI platform management;
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA data modeling, ensuring proper design and optimization of data models;
- Experience developing BW queries and reporting layers, ensuring consistent and performant analytics;
- Experience using BW Modeling Tools in Eclipse, enabling efficient development of BW objects;
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling and star schema design, enabling efficient analytical data structures;
- Strong SQL skills, enabling effective data querying and troubleshooting;
- Experience supporting enterprise BI production environments, ensuring reliability and incident resolution;
- Experience with SAP ChaRM and transport management processes, ensuring controlled deployments and system consistency;
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives, enabling team development and delivery of complex solutions.

- Salary for work amounting to 110,000 – 120,000 PHP;
