Wintel Lead

Salary: 90,000 – 100,000 PHP

We are looking for a Wintel Lead for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. 

Responsibilities

  • As Wintel Lead you will be providing subject matter expertise by contributing non-functional requirements to projects and strategic initiatives related to Active Directory and Windows platforms, ensuring technical alignment with business goals; 
  • You will be attending to ongoing compliance requirements by advising on AD and Windows Infrastructure security updates, identifying platform risks, and recommending appropriate mitigation actions;  
  • You will be designing and influencing architectural decisions by collaborating closely with the Architecture team on key elements of the AD and Windows platform; 
  • You will be working with external vendors to define and communicate platform direction, and providing a clear Road Map strategy that aligns with both operational and business needs; 
  • You will be ensuring system stability, performance responsiveness, and operational consistency across the Wintel infrastructure to support uninterrupted service delivery;  
  • You will be contributing to the Continuous Improvement cycle by identifying and addressing functional and operational challenges, proposing enhancements for efficiency and reliability; 
  • You will be providing a comprehensive Life Cycle Management Strategy to oversee the evolution, maintenance, and retirement of systems and services within the Windows environment. 

Requirement

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, demonstrating deep understanding of enterprise-level systems, architecture, and operations; 
  • 5+ years of focused experience in Active Directory and networking, ensuring the ability to manage complex identity, access, and network configurations; 
  • Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server platforms, including domain services, group policies, and identity integrations; 
  • Practical experience with WSUS and Windows Clustering technologies to ensure system resilience and efficient patch management; 
  • Proven background in leading or executing Active Directory migration projects, managing the risks and complexity involved in enterprise transitions; 
  • Solid experience in system administration within Windows Server Operating Systems, covering installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting; 
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies to support efficient resource utilization and infrastructure scalability; 
  • Understanding of network configuration principles, including experience working with Nexus switches or comparable enterprise network hardware; 
  • Experience working with cloud technologies, supporting hybrid environments and cloud-driven infrastructure strategies; 
  • Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as SCCM or Ansible, promoting consistency and automation in system management; 
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems promptly, and support cross-functional teams; 
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL framework, contributing to structured IT service management and process improvement initiatives. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 90,000 – 100,000 PHP;
  • Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
  • ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
